So, how do we translate someone’s idea into a compelling message for another? Well, no two projects are entirely the same, but our process helps us to guide our clients towards a successful solution - By Gaining Insight, Developing a Strategy, Creating the Art/Graphics, and Executing the strategy we provide the best services to our customers.
No matter how large or small the project, it’s critical to understand both tasks and goals at hand, and the audience we’re engaging with. We conduct research to get the best possible perceptions of all facets of the project. What does the audience want? What competition do we face? In this moment, listening, observing, and researching are key processes to gaining accurate insights.
With insights in mind, we formulate all possible approaches towards achieving the project goals. Is Concept A compelling, but a little safe? Perhaps Concept B is bold, but requires a bit of risk? We determine everything needed to bring these concepts to life and put it into a defined scope of work. In this moment, utilization of critical thinking and discussion to define scopes and goals.
After exploring all strategic avenues, we collect the paths that we feel will rise above and beyond in making the project as successful as possible and begin building upon those ideas. In this moment, experimentation, building, testing, and refinement are key processes. Each concept is tested, polished, and tested again until we’re confident that we’ve created something worthy of execution.
The culmination of gathered insights, pinpoint strategy, and deliberate creation come together to engage the audience with both reason and emotion, creating a memorable product that they can interact with and relate to. It’s here that we return again to insights, observing how the work performs and measuring results. Implementation, engagement, and analysis are key operations in this moment.
